What does "buyer-side only" actually mean for me?

It means we never represent developers or sellers — only buyers like you. Most agents in Cyprus are paid by whoever's selling, which biases their advice. We earn the same commission no matter which developer you ultimately buy from, so we can give you straight answers about which projects are actually a good fit and which aren't.

Do I have to use all your services or can I pick what I need?

Pick what you need. Some clients use us only for property sourcing and negotiation. Others want the full package — advisory, legal coordination, PR application, rental setup, ongoing management. The relationship scales with what's useful to you. Nothing is bundled or forced.

What if I already found a property — can you still help?

Yes — and you should let us look before you sign. We'll review the contract terms, benchmark the price against comparable units, flag anything unusual, and negotiate on your behalf. Even if you've fallen in love with a specific property, an independent second opinion almost always pays for itself.

How are you different from a regular real estate agent?

Three things. First: we work for buyers exclusively, not sellers. Second: we cover the full picture — property, legal, tax, residency, rental, exit — not just the transaction. Third: we stay involved long after handover, so you have one team for the entire ownership lifecycle. A regular agent disappears the day the deal closes.

Do you charge for relocation, legal, or business setup services?

Our property advisory and coordination is 100% free for buyers. Specialist services delivered by our trusted partners (lawyers, accountants, school placement, company formation) have their own professional fees — paid directly to them, transparent up front, never marked up. We connect, coordinate, and quality-control — but we don't add a margin to anyone else's work.

What happens after I buy? Do you disappear?

The opposite — most of our value happens after the purchase. Property management, rental setup, tenant sourcing, maintenance coordination, tax filings, eventual exit strategy when you sell. The relationship is designed for the long term. Many clients we onboarded years ago are still with us today, and that's the whole point.
