Twenty years in customer service
Long before real estate, we spent two decades in industries built on trust — hospitality, advisory, and high-touch service. The lesson: people remember how you made them feel, not just what you sold them. That mindset shaped everything we built later.
Over a decade in Cyprus property
For more than ten years we worked inside the Cyprus property market — with developers, investors, and international buyers. We saw firsthand how the system favored sellers, and how often well-meaning buyers were left navigating a maze without anyone truly representing their side.
The same problem, every time
Every buyer faced the same challenge: too many developers to compare, conflicting information, and every "advisor" earning a commission tied to one specific seller. The system rewarded selling, not matching. Buyers were the only ones without representation — and they were the ones spending hundreds of thousands.
A buyer-side advisory, by design
So we built Lyra Estates around a simple structural choice: we earn the same commission no matter which developer you ultimately buy from. That single decision removes the conflict of interest — and lets us focus on one thing only: finding the right property for you. Not the one that pays us more.
Building for the long term
Today we work with every major developer across Cyprus and a vetted network of lawyers, banks, and tax advisors — covering the full lifecycle of property ownership, from first inquiry to eventual exit. Each relationship is built to last decades, not deals.
