No. We handle the entire process remotely — video tours, drone footage, virtual viewings, document signing via Power of Attorney. Most of our international clients only fly in for the final walkthrough or handover. Some never visit before purchase.
Buy a new property worth €300,000 or more (plus VAT) and you qualify for Cyprus Permanent Residency for life — covering you, your spouse, and dependent children. PR gives you full residence rights but not citizenship. Read the full PR guide.
Off-plan means buying before construction is complete — lower prices, staged payments, and you can still influence finishes. Resale is a finished property bought from the previous owner — you move in immediately and pay 0% VAT. Each suits a different buyer profile and we'll help you decide which fits.
